I’m so excited to share this new offering with you! I’ve found a black and white photo conversion that I love to create rich black and white images!
I’ve tried lots of different black and white presets and photo conversions in the past, but this one is the best!!
Here’s a comparison screenshot. The black and white image to the right of the color version is what you get if you convert your color photos to black and white at a photo lab when you go to print them. It’s basically mostly gray. The bottom image is what you get when I convert them to black and white for you! What a difference, right?!
This black and white conversion is available as an add-on service for $150. All of your retouched images will be added to your gallery both in color and this rich black and white.

Here are some black and white conversions that I did for a newborn client this year. I especially love how great the macro images (close up images of baby’s features) look.
Finally, there were some portraits I took this year (some in Iceland) where I had specifically planned to edit them only using this black and white processing. For these images, the subjects dressed in light clothing and were photographed against dark backgrounds to make the images even more eye catching. Enjoy!
